SHIPPING

How long will it take to get my order?

On average you should expect delivery within 3-5 business days. *Exceptions apply for some apparel, international orders, or products that are not in stock at US warehouse. The delivery time for these items average 5-11 business days. This is always indicated on the product page. We will provide you with a tracking number upon your order completion. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have fulfillment centers in North America & Europe that can reach most markets across the world. Please, note that shipping rates vary per location.

Do you offer shipping tracking for all orders?

Yes, all shipping methods have tracking. Please, note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

What happens if I am missing an item or I have received the wrong item in my order?

In the rare event that you are missing an item from your order, or have received the wrong item please contact us immediately at leo@soccernest.com

Note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. 
 

RETURNS

Can I return my order after I've received it?

Yes, We certainly hope that you are thrilled with your order, however if for some reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a credit or exchange of the cost of the merchandise. 

 

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, any item that is deemed defective or damaged will be eligible for an exchange. Please see our Refund and Returns policy for additional information.
